These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services by DOIT INFO TECHNOLOGY LTD to you via http://www.ostarkdom.store. By placing an order on this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Ordering
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
Pricing and Availability
While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
Payment
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Shipping and Return Policy
Order Delivery Information
Products purchased through (http://www.ostarkdom.store) will be shipped to all countries. Shipments will be made by an Independent Transport Agency to the address specified by the customer at the time of purchase.
It is IMPORTANT to review and ensure that the delivery details are correctly filled out before confirming the order. In the event of errors in the delivery information (postal code, city, street, etc.) and the order is sent with incorrect details, any modifications and reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.
Free shipping for all countries
Delivery time is 7-15 days.
Returns and Refunds
Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.
Order Cancellation
Customers have the option to cancel their order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. It is important for the customer to consider that dispatch times are within 24 to 48 working hours from order confirmation. Once the cancellation request is processed, a refund of the total price paid by the Customer will be made without undue delay and through the same means of payment used by the Customer at the time of purchase, without prejudice to the rights that protect them as a consumer.
Return Policy, Change of Mind, Return Costs
There are various reasons why products may be returned. Please note that there are certain CONDITIONS that must be met or considered depending on the return method.
- Due to withdrawal from the purchase of the product
Returns of our products are accepted (withdrawal from purchase), provided that no more than 14 days have passed since the receipt of the product and provided that the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered. Instructions, documentation, accessories, and original packaging must be kept. The product must be in perfect condition, not dirty, stained, with odors, mistreated, or damaged. Returns of products that have not been assembled, used, or modified in any part and that retain the original packaging in perfect condition will only be accepted (essential to process any return).
The customer is required to return the product in perfect condition; otherwise, there could be a reduction in the amount refunded.
Once the product is received, the purchase amount will be refunded (CREDIT) or a Voucher for a future purchase will be issued as appropriate, excluding transportation costs. (Art 107 2. RDLGDCU 1/2007)
- For breakage/damage of the product during shipping
Goods must be checked by the customer. In case any product is damaged during transport or if it presents any type of defect, the customer has a period of 48 hours to claim from the receipt of the order through their customer account to our After-Sales Department and make the claim. If damages are not communicated within this period, the claim will be automatically rejected.
In case the merchandise is received by a third party, the buyer commits to inform them that the goods must be inspected. You accept responsibility for any loss or damage in case someone signs on your behalf and does not perform the relevant checks.
ATTENTION: For any type of return, you MUST keep the original packaging boxes. If not, no return will be processed.
- Defect/failure of the product (Warranty)
All products purchased in our online store come with a 3-years warranty. The warranty start date is the one shown on the purchase invoice. Warranties do not cover deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or handling, connection to an electrical network different from that indicated in the use manuals, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized technical service when applicable, nor materials subject to wear and tear from normal use. Color deterioration due to exposure of the product to sunlight or other heat sources.
Once the product is received in our warehouses, the condition of said product will be verified. Our technicians will diagnose the problem and carry out the corresponding repair.
- For failure/error in shipping the order
When the NON-receipt of any product in the shipment is detected, the product differs from what was requested or does not comply with the demanded characteristics listed on the website, the customer has a period of 24 hours from receipt to notify the incident.
In the event that the product sent does not correspond to what the customer has ordered, the company will cover the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the correct one.
- Incident or Repairs
We have all the spare parts for repair and also offer various options:
Repair or replacement: Generally, as a first option, it can be repaired or replaced in those cases where the technical service considers it based on stock, type of product, type of incident, management date, etc. Keep in mind that for the replacement, those parts with wear and tear by the customer (if any) that consequently are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty must be retained.
Voucher: Refund of the amount through a Discount Voucher to apply whenever you wish in a future order. Not possible after 14 days from the receipt of the item except for exceptions to be considered in each case.
Credit: Refund of the amount to the account provided. Not possible after 14 days from the receipt of the item.
- Cases of Warranty Cancellation
Returns for warranty on items damaged and/or malfunctioning due to misuse will not be accepted.
When the indicated defects are due to abnormal or inappropriate use; wear and tear or normal aging; an accidental event or, more generally, an external cause (such as the intervention of an unauthorized third party in the product).
When the product shows clear signs of use that exceed its capabilities, as well as evident mistreatment in the form of impacts or deterioration caused by liquids or corrosive substances, as well as any other anomaly attributable to the consumer.
All products are designed and manufactured for personal use (homes), not collective use, so the warranty is limited in those cases where the use is intended for hospitality (restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, public spaces of clubs, public use terraces, among others).
Returns of OUTLET products or products with slight imperfections, prior customer consent, are not accepted.
Some products, by their nature, have warranty seals. Manipulation or removal voids the warranty.
